Try to always camp in areas that are specially designated for that purpose and avoid camping too close to trails and water.
When you are going to start a fire, make sure to do a fire ring first. After you are done, make sure to extinguish it or let it go out before turning in. And a good thing to start the fire is to always try to use wood that has already fallen.
When you are going to take a bath make sure to use designated washrooms and always look for products that are environmentally friendly.
And always remember: if it wasn’t there when you arrived, then it doesn’t belong there. Leave your camp area exactly as you found it and make sure to take all the trash with you or put it in the designated garbage cans, if they are available.
